He also oversees a team of experts who specialize in evaluating allegations of discriminatory employment practices.
With more than 35 years with the company, Mr. Lewis has assisted hundreds of clients across numerous industries. He regularly presents executive seminars on all aspects of affirmative action and diversity management.

Bruce Kile oversees technology at Affirmity—with direct responsibility for technology operations, support, and software product development. He leads a team of developers and quality assurance engineers who deliver affirmative action, EEO, and diversity planning products to clients. He also manages support and operations for Affirmity software products and data centers.
With more than 35 years in technology leadership and 20 years focused on affirmative action and diversity, Mr. Kile helps clients achieve their goals using Affirmity technology.

Kim Hendon oversees account management and sales for Affirmity. She is responsible for building successful, long-term partnerships with clients for generating new business. Having served with the company for more than 20 years, Ms. Hendon has in-depth knowledge and broad experience in all areas of compliance and diversity.
Ms. Hendon assists clients with planning and development of affirmative action programs, diversity initiatives, and diversity training. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Mauri Spears has served Affirmity clients since 1997, providing leadership in workforce compliance, succession planning, and training management. She has managed process re-engineering initiatives for both workforce compliance and recruitment management.
As Vice President, Ms. Spears oversees all of Affirmity’s consulting and implementation services and leads our data analytics team. She also drives corporate management, employee consulting, and training engagements.
Ms. Spears is a frequent presenter at professional conferences focused on executive leadership and management, as well as HR industry and related professional associations.

She also supports Affirmity clients by providing on- and off-site consulting support for corporate compliance teams.

Charles (Chuck) McGhee, PhD, serves as Affirmity’s lead statistician. He has over 20 years of expertise in workforce compliance, in the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Affirmity, he served for 10 years as senior statistician with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
He has more than four years’ experience in the private sector providing consultative services to federal contractors. He leads pay equity studies, hiring decision analyses, and termination analyses projects on behalf of clients across industries.
Dr. McGhee holds a PhD in Biostatistics, and undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Mathematics.

Dr. McNiel is an expert in hiring decision analysis. He applies this expertise to examine both the validity of instruments used for talent acquisition and management and the potential of such instruments for creating adverse impact.
Dr. McNiel holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and he is licensed to practice psychology by the State of Texas.
