Affirmity invites you to attend a two-part webinar series, The Fundamentals of Affirmative Action Planning. This webinar series will equip you with the foundational knowledge, best practices, and resources you, as a U.S. federal contractor, need to successfully navigate the complex world of OFCCP compliance. The series is ideal for new affirmative action practitioners, as well as those in need of a refresher.

Part One of our webinar series will be held on Wednesday, November 13, from 1:00-2:30 p.m. CST and will dive into best practices for the development of an effective and compliant affirmative action program for females and minorities under Executive Order 11246. After attending this webinar, you’ll be able to: 

  • Identify classes protected under EO 11246
  • Interpret statistical analysis required under EO 11246
  • Understand your recordkeeping obligations
  • Design an effective outreach and recruitment program
  • Implement steps to audit the effectiveness of your AAP and outreach activities
